1. aligned that we will invite Ken Yip as DRI for Messari to join the board, Ming will coordinate a slot so we can have the first meeting
2. we can leverage ETHDenver 2024 to have a meeting in person for governance board meeting

   2. @Ming Jiang is also applying for a talk for Microscope
3. Data Quality: ChainTool has updated according to last update. Ming and Tammy will follow up
4. For roadmap, on the high level will focus on attestation
