1. Role of the Governance Board
   1. We are not an execution arm.
   2. We make decisions for the major issues and strategy decisions of the projects.

   4. Cadence: every month. first Friday EST of every month
   5. Voting - Attendance 2/3 , and voting 51%, allow proxy voting

         1. Apply non-profit
   7. Microscopes LLC is registered and approved by CB (Because of Ming/Leo CB roles)
      1. Microscopes benefit CB and enable them to get labels.
